The Hike Shack 10-year Anniversary
The Hike Shack has recently celebrated its 10-year Anniversary under the ownership of Amanda Foster, Raigan York-Fundalewicz and Kam York. Thank you for letting us serve you this past decade, and for many years to come!
With over 500 miles of trails, there is no shortage of what you can do in our Mile High City! From chasing the white dots in the Granite Dells to exploring the Thumb Butte area, you can find a trail for everyone.
If you're looking for a place to enjoy kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and fishing with a gorgeous view, check out our local lakes. You can find Goldwater and Lynx lake as well as Watson and Willow lake all within Prescott city limits. Find fellow trail runners through the Prescott Area Trail Runners Facebook page.
Check out the famous Prescott Circle Trail; a 56-mile loop with roughly 5,900 feet of elevation gain, that'll take you to the best sites to see. With a diverse trail system, the PCT expands across the Prescott National Forest and the City of Prescott. You can enjoy hiking, backpacking, biking, and horseback riding on the trails. Looking for a bite to eat after your hike? Downtown Prescott features many restaurants and breweries for any mood you're in. Enjoy a walk around the historic Downtown Courthouse plaza and visit local antique rooms, boutiques, coffee shops and more.
